Oh, Haru * Bunny girl * '97

Ultimate Botanist

PASTDuring her high school years, Oh, Haru was a student of Hope's Peak Academy. It was here that she was forced to become a participant, and survivor of the first ever killing game. Haru and her 16 other classmates were forced to not only survive, but to kill and prosecute each other in order to graduate. Only five of them, including Haru, survived the killing game which was then broadcasted to the entire world.

FUTUREAfter being one of the final 5 to graduate, Haru now lives out her life as the Ultimate Botanist in order to bring future hope to humanity one roof-top garden at a time. She also runs a small flower shop, Hopeful Petals. Her focus is to prevent another killing game from happening by bringing more hope into the world. More often than not, Haru is seen handing out the very flowers she grows herself for free to people who seem to need it.

How can I blame you, when it's me I can't forgive?

Personality wise, Haru is seen as a loner. She prefers to tend to her garden rather than her relationship with people. This is due to the fact that she often seen as weak or helpless by those around her; quite often her likeness is compared to that of a rabbit and has since made it a habit of wearing ears. She's quite big picture oriented, often caught up in her head, rather than in the moment. In the past she has had boundary issues as well as trust issues. She often finds herself in risky situations because it makes her feel less helpless. She began to sleep with anyone she met and liked, which gave her a whore-ish reputation. In due time, the female students at the ultimate academy began to bully Haru, feeling she needed to be put into her place given her behavior. Instead of feeling ashamed, however, Haru felt validated by the hate she received. Instead of feeling helpless, she felt as if she were on equal footing with her other female classmates at last. During the killing game, she was the reason two of her classmates ended up dead; one murdered, the other punished for murdering. This was the first time Haru's actions would come to a severe consequence. After the murder and punishment of her two classmates, she became quite depressed and unhealthy. Seeing two people die over her like that filled Haru with despair to the point she stopped eating. Thankfully, the ultimate doctor was able to keep a close eye on her.
